By engaging with Gadi Technologies or utilizing our digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the "Build, Run, Scale" relationship between Gadi Technologies and our clients.
2. Scope of Services
Gadi Technologies provides digital engineering, data unification, and AI activation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property

Our Property: All proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing code used by Gadi Technologies remain our exclusive property.

Your Property: All data provided by the client and specific custom deliverables (as defined in an SOW) remain the property of the client upon full payment.
4. Limitation of Liability
Gadi Technologies provides high-performance infrastructure; however, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including data loss or business interruption beyond the scope of our managed security protocols.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
